IFWORLD offers SpamBlock and VirusBlock for free with our email service. These services limit the amount of spam and viruses via email that you will receive. We recommend customers still run their own anti-virus software to protect the server and desktop against virus via other methods.

In order to provide our customer's service, we have to purchase bandwidth ourselves. These are called our backbones.
We provide redundancy by acquiring our backbones from various excellent providers. The backbones are also routed in different directions, east and west, to increase redundancy. Also, we take several extra steps to configure our routers to find the quickest route to your destination.
We protect our customers by minimizing the chances of outages due to cut lines. IFWORLD's fiber is buried in conduit all the way to the central offices.
For those customers needing reliable, high-speed Internet access, we offer DSL, Full and Partial T1’s, Frame Relay and T3’s. The dedicated, high-speed connections give companies access to the Internet 24x7.
At IFWORLD, we monitor our dedicated lines constantly for line disturbance. If there are any problems with the lines, we know within a few seconds and notify the customer of the problem in their area.
Another key point to note is that due to the fiber mentioned above, IFWORLD is able to offer a savings to T1 and Frame Relay customers by installing the T1 on one of our T3 fibers. We can offer up to a 20% savings over Southwestern Bell’s local loop line charges.
