The AMP is in its fourth season in 2008 right here at the Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Arkansas Music Pavilion, locally referred to as The AMP, is one of the region's most striking open-air pavilions. Modeled after some unique outdoor pavilions in major metropolitan markets, The AMP is an extraordinary setting to enjoy some of the world's top performers. Located in Fayetteville adjacent to The NWA Mall, The AMP is the only fully covered outdoor arts and summer entertainment venue in the area.

The AMP has proved to be a tremendous economic, cultural and civic partner to The City of Fayetteville. Every summer, people come to Fayetteville to experience world-class entertainment. Whether applauding a national recording artist, watching a movie under the summer sky or taking in some of the fantastic homegrown talent that opens each show, The AMP has a little of something for everyone. Each season features a range of music genres including the best from country to pop to classic rock and jazz, rhythm and blues.

The AMP is a beautiful canopied semi-permanent pavilion seating 2,500 plus general admission lawn seats. The high profile roof lets spectators take in the summer evening and enjoy a show in an environment that is as memorable as the entertainment. The AMP gets a lift this year as the entire pavilion is raised on piers to offer better sight lines and more air flow. And, more people will have a chance to see a show as a VIP. For the first time, this year The AMP will sell VIP tables on a per show basis after the initial season offering. With new cushy seats at your table and the new cushy environment in the cool room, VIP gets a little more exclusive too. This year VIP's get extra special treatment in the Foster's VIP room. Cool off while drinking some wine in the air conditioned space... or hang out in the B-Lounge sponsored by Budweiser.

With an expanded diverse line-up in 2008 and up to 12 National Headlining Concerts, you will see even more exciting talent this summer and the recent concert announcements are only the beginning. In addition, new for 2008 The AMP welcomes The Locals Only stage brought to you by Tyson Foods, Inc. and George's Majestic Lounge.

Summer 2008 lineup includes OneRepublic, KC & The Sunshine Band, Pat Benatar and Bruce Hornsby with Ricky Skaggs. Past seasons lineup included such notables as KD Lang, Lyle Lovett and Bruce Hornsby and the rock group TRAIN. Watch for additional stars as they begin their fourth season in Fayetteville with up to 12 national headlining concerts planned between May and October.
